Best Davis Signs movie contracts in Nigeria

Nollywood USA A-LIST actor and 2011 NAFCA best actor award winner Best Davis has landed two movie contracts in Nigeria. The handsome and charismatic actor is bound for Nigeria in December where he will be shooting alongside veteran actor Olu Jacobs, Tonto Dike and Mercy Johnson. One of the said contracts was arranged by Mega Movies situated in Lagos State of Nigeria. It was revealed by a reliable source that the president of Mega Movies extended an invitation to the top rated actor in Maryland to feature in his new movie to be shot in Lagos. After negotiations, Best Davis signed the contract to play the role he was penciled down for. 

Man & Half Movie Premiere

It is yet another outstanding event where Nollywood Superstars meet Hollywood Superstars. This is the premiere of one of the movies that is the talk of the town, a movie about greed, hate and betrayal. The movie titled "MAN & HALF" parades an array of Nollywood USA super stars. Amongst them include the A-List NAFCA best actor award winner BEST DAVIS whom people cannot get enough of, he has proven himself to be what fans call him " Denzel Washington of Nollywood" Others include the Liberian super star actor EMMANUEL MENSAH, and JJ WILLIAMS himself who played the lead role.

The premiere promises to be huge at HAMPTON HALL in PG County, Maryland. On October 28th, 2011.

Best Davis set for Boston

The A-LIST Nollywood USA NAFCA award winning super star Best Davis is set to storm Revere Boston on November 10th for the premiere of one of the most talked about movies that was shot in Boston. The movie featured Nollywood Africa and Nollywood USA most valued actors, such like Desmond Eliot, Chet Anekwe, Best Davis, Taka Tanni and Carline Joseph. The movie is all embracing as it touches both love, hate, betrayal and forgiveness. This is a movie every household needs to watch.

Best Davis in Ohio during the shooting of "I Got Your Back" movie

Best Davis was recently in Ohio for two weeks for the shooting of a new movie titled " I Got Your Back". The movie features Nollywood's own pioner, Ameze, Vida Darko and Kobi Maxwell. Best Davis played a very challenging role, juggling inbetween his wife and wife's best friend. According to him, the role was challenging because it took him out of his comfort zone to play a very controvercial role. He is presently one of the hottest and most sought after Nollywood USA superstar. He brings vibe to whatever set he is on and carries everyone along. Best Davis is simply the best.

Best Davis Wins NAFCA Best Actor Award 2011.

The Nollywood and African Movies Critics Awards held the maiden African Oscar in Raliegh, North Carolina USA. The event which attracted people from all works of life including Nollywood celebrities from both Nigeria, Ghana and the United States of America was one of its kind. Among the celebrities who were in attendance were Majid Michel, John Dumelo, Oge Okoye, Susan Peters, Vida Darko and Best Davis who is also known as the "Denzel Washington of Nollywood." Best Davis' presence was graced by his beautiful wife Ijeoma Davis who has always stood by him in the industry. Among the categories that were presented was " The best actor award supporting role in diaspora" in which Best Davis was nominated in "Ladies in the City movie" alongside, Ramsey Noah, Chet Aniekwe, and Tchidi Chikere. He was also nominated for   "The best actor award People's Choice." Alongside Majid Miche and Pascal Atuma. When the nominees were called and then the favorite line " And the award goes to Best Davis" was said, he stood up gallantly in his black and white suit, gave his wife a thank you kiss and headed for the stage to grab his award. The handsome young talented actor just started making waves in Nollywood movie industry both in the United States of America and Nigeria. He has played in series of movies as a supporting actor. Right after the award presentation, Best Davis has been pined for a line up of movie jobs in Ohio, New Jersey, Atlanta and Nigeria between Now and December. His rating has skyrocketed since after the awards and he is one of the most sought after actors who's charisma brings a new and different meaning to the movie industry.
