Is Nollywood Star Best Davis having an affair with Ghanaian actress Vida Darko?

Speculations have it that the Denzel Washington of Nollywood Best Davis who is a two time African Oscar award winner and a 2013 WMIFF nominee for best actor award is in a scandalous relationship with the beautiful Ghanaian super model/actress Vida Darko. They were spotted in a hotel room in Cincinnati Ohio. The rumor about them having a secret affair turned out to be an inversion when it was found out that Best Davis is actually married to Vida Darko and she caught him in a hotel room cheating with one of Nollywood’s finest, Ameze Imarhiagbe who was known for her great abilities in interpreting her roles in movies. Sadly, Vida Darko was pregnant with their first baby and the sight of what she saw sent shocks to her nerves and she collapsed and was rushed to the hospital. What do you think happened to Best Davis and the Nollywood actress who is trying to make a comeback to the movie scene?

          The whole speculations and rumors are all not true as that was a scene in Ameze’s latest movie which is her comeback movie that was shot in Ohio. The movie titled I GOT YOUR BACK Stars Best Davis as Andy, Vida Darko as Kukua and Ameze Imarhiagbe as Amaka. The movie was premiered in both Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio respectively. It was gathered that Ramsey Noah made a guest appearances. 411 also has it that Ameze is gearing up for another production to be shot very soon with Best Davis, Ramsey Noah, Richard Mofe Damijo and possibly Van Vicker starring in it. Nollywood USA is the bedrock of Nollywood Diaspora. Best Davis who is a two time African Oscar award winner is no doubt a very talented actor who displayed his acting abilities in the role he played in the movie " THE STORM" that was just premiered. Best Davis got out of his comfort zone and embraced the role and completely delivered every bit of it to the admiration and likeness of viewers and fans. The movie is the talk of the town as it is completely out of the ordinary. In a brief interview with him on the red carpet, he was asked how he was able to embed the role into his life as if he was the very character. He revealed that he studied the role very well and did some research and also watched few movies associated with similar character. He also said that he had to personally rehearse himself at home.
          After watching the movie during the premiere, Best Davis deserves an Oscar award for that role, the name "Denzel Washington of Nollywood" is befitting for him. There is no doubt that his career has sky rocketed.

Nollywood USA is gaining grounds in North America as they went a step further with the establishment of a guild " American Nollywood Screen Actors Guild" ( ANSAG ) which was registered with the United States Department of Assesments and Taxation. Best Davis an a - list actor who has made name in the film industry and also known for his charismatic presentations has been named the first President of the guild. He is in collaboration with AGN to see how the industry can be better improved for the benefit of the artists.

Best Davis who is known as the sexiest actor in Diaspora and one of the top rated Nollywood actors in the United States of America and a two time Nollywood and African Films Critics Best Actor Awards winner also known as the Denzel Washington of Nollywood features in a male leading role in a movie being shot in Bowie Maryland. It was revealed that the sensational and charismatic actor sealed a deal with Dynamic Torch Productions USA for a huge movie project titled "THE AMERICAN MAMA" a movie project being directed by Nigerian director Obed Joe (DGN) who just graduated from Universal Studios, Hollywood. Playing alongside Best Davis for the African scenes will be Vivian Joe and two other top African based Nollywood super stars, tentatively penciled down for the deal are Patience Ozokwor and Ramsey Noah who all reside in Nigeria. The project is a combination of USA and Nigeria shoot, it is an international movie that will be showing in Nigerian cinemas and the USA theaters.

The movie cuts across different spheres of life as it reveals an inter-twine culture and the cultural differences that exist amongst different races. Best Davis who played the role of “KEN” has been living in the States for years and understands the differences in cultural behavior between the western world and Africa. Being the only son of his parents, he is considered the mama’s boy. He decided to get married to a Caucasian “DEBBY” who was already living with him in the same house. Upon the visit of his mother “THE AMERICAN MAMA” played by Bessy Ikem, trouble arose as she would not let him marry outside African race. Hell was let loosed as his mother brought African culture into his house and found so many reasons to chase Debby out of the house. For the love that exist between Ken and his mother, he decided to bring in an African girl “VIVIAN” played by Binta Goudiaby just to satisfy his mother, yet, she still found fault in Vivian and also chased her out. She insisted that Ken should go home and marry. Coincidentally, Vivian is Ken’s boss’ daughter, not only did American mama chase Ken’s fiancées away, she also caused him to lose his job, his house and his cars, Ken became miserable and poor. American mama did not go free, her troubles caught up with her and was arrested by the police and sent to jail for assault and battery.

The American mama final shoot will be in Nigeria in December and then it will be playing in the cinemas and theaters starting the summer of next year.
